The INNOAQUA project is set to participate at AQUACULTURE 2025, the world’s largest aquaculture meeting, taking place March 6–10, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. 

This prestigious event, known as The Triennial, gathers global experts, industry leaders, and researchers to discuss advancements in sustainable aquaculture and innovative seafood production.

INNOAQUA’s project partner European Aquaculture Society (EAS) will represent INNOAQUA with a dedicated presentation titled:  “INNOAQUA – Sustainable Aquaculture Practices for Innovative Seafood Products

On 26 May 2026, the INNOAQUA project successfully hosted its Workshop on Seaweed and Fish Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA), bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders from across the aquaculture and blue biotechnology sectors. The online event was co-organised by project partners A4F – Algae for Future, SEA EIGHT, and INESC TEC, and aimed to foster discussion on innovative pathways towards more sustainable aquaculture systems in Europe.
