Taking place online on 11 September 2026, this edition will turn the spotlight on South America, exploring innovative uses of algal extracts and their potential applications in both food and non-food sectors.

Algae are gaining increasing attention as a source of high-value compounds and sustainable ingredients. This webinar will showcase how algae-based innovations can contribute to more circular and resource-efficient aquaculture systems while creating new opportunities for products and applications beyond the food sector.
